NMTG INTERACTION PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") considers the protection of our service users’ personal information to be an important charge. Therefore, all services provided by the Company are operated in accordance with the following privacy policy. The Company publishes measures related to the User’s personal information through the privacy policy on its service application in order for Users to review them easily. The Company’s privacy policy may be changed by other factors, and when changes are made, the User will be notified. 1) Definition of Personal information ① Personal information refers to information that can identify an individual user such as: name, address, contact details (phone number, email address, etc.). In general, users can use the service without disclosing their personal information. ② A cookie is a small text file sent to the User’s browser by the service provider agency. Cookies provided by the Company are used only for the purpose of obtaining browser or device specific information. Users may refuse to accept cookies through their browser settings. If they so refuse, some of the services provided by the Company may be restricted. Third parties providing advertisements through the service may use cookies or other technologies, and their own privacy policy and terms of conditions apply. 2) Compliance with Laws and Regulations The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information in handling the personal data of our Users. 3) Consent to the Collection of Personal Information ① The Company shall establish a procedure for the Users to click the 「I agree」 or the 「I disagree」 buttons on the contents of the Company’s privacy policy or Terms of service. If the User clicks 「I agree」, the Company will regard the User as agreeing with the Company’s collection of personal information. ② If the User clicks the 「I agree」 button regarding the receipt of a commercial advertisement through e-mail, mobile, fax, etc. upon signing up, the User is deemed to have consented to receiving advertising information for commercial purposes. 4) Purpose of collecting personal information and its use ① The Company can use the collected personal information for the following purposes: - User identification and fraud prevention upon registration and using the service. - Payment for paid services and authentication - Communications for resolving user inquiries - Providing other personalized services ② The Company may collect IP addresses and dates of visit in order to prevent any recurrence of illegal use or abusive behavior which violates related laws or the Terms or use. ③ If there is a change in the collection of personal information, its use or the items collected, the Company will obtain the User’s consent by publishing service methods on its application. 5) The use of personal information for other purposes and sharing with third parties ① The Company does not exceed the scope specified in its privacy policy or provide the User’s personal information to third parties or other corporate organizations. However, there are exceptions where the User has consented or in the following circumstances. - When it is necessary to settle the fee in accordance with the service provision - When there is a request made with due process from an organization for investigation, trial, or administrative purpose - When there is a request according to the procedure established by other related laws ② If the Company needs to provide the User’s information to a third party in order to provide a better service, the Company will notify the User of the purpose for providing such personal information and proceed with the consent process. 6) The retention and usage period of personal information ① The User’s personal information will be destroyed when the purpose of collecting/receiving it has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain it for reasons such as conforming to the rights and obligations of relevant laws and regulations governing transactions, the information will be retained for an appropriate period of time. 7) Measures to protect personal information ① In handling the User’s personal information, the Company takes measures to ensure that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, modified or damaged. ② Through the security pledges of all employees, the Company forestalls information leakage by people. Internal procedures are in place to audit the implementation of personal information protection policies and the compliance of employees. Also, access to information is restricted to the minimum number of employees required for each task. ③ The User’s personal information is stored in separate servers, distinguished from general data. ④ The Company shall not be liable for personal information leakage caused by the User’s mistake or the inherent dangers of the Internet. In order to protect his/her personal information, the User also must play a part by managing his/her account and password appropriately as well as taking responsibility for protecting personal information 8) Dispute and Arbitration Disputes arising from this Privacy Policy are subject to the Disputes & Arbitration procedures specified in the Company’s Terms of Service 9) Notice obligation If there are any additions, deletions or modifications of the contents of the privacy policy, the Company will notify the User through the ‘Notice’ on the initial screen of the service at least 7 days prior to the revision. - Supplementary provisions - Active from May 17, 2024
